Calm Studio is developed by OmniVibe, LLC ("OmniVibe," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oregon, USA limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information Calm Studio collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Calm Studio, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information We Collect

We designed Calm Studio to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

• Purchases and subscriptions. If you purchase a Pro upgrade or subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and entitlement (i.e., confirming what you've paid for) is managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymized user identifier, purchase/subscription history, and device platform information necessary to keep your Pro status in sync. We do not receive your payment card details — those stay with Apple/Google. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Device audio library access. If you choose to use your own music as ambient sound, Calm Studio requests permission to read your device's local audio library so you can select a track. This access is read-only, happens entirely on your device, and your music library contents are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

Information We Do Not Collect

Calm Studio does not require an account or login, does not collect your name, email address, or contact information, and does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If that changes in a future version, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

How We Use Information

The limited information above is used solely to (a) confirm and restore purchases across your devices, and (b) let you play your own local music inside the app. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Retention & Security

Purchase/entitlement records are retained by RevenueCat and the relevant app store for as long as needed to manage your subscription and comply with their own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect any information processed on our behalf, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Calm Studio is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (for example, under the CCPA or GDPR). Because Calm Studio collects so little directly, most such requests will need to be made to Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for purchase-related data. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
