Zone//Zero is developed and published by OmniVibe, LLC ("OmniVibe," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oregon, USA limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information Zone//Zero collects directly, and what is handled by the storefronts you buy it from.

Distribution Platforms

Zone//Zero is distributed through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and itch.io. Purchases, account creation, and payment are all handled by these platforms, not by us. Each platform collects and processes its own data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

Information We Collect

Zone//Zero does not require an account with us and does not collect your name, email address, or contact information. The only gameplay data we collect is:

• Leaderboard entries. If you choose to submit a score, we store the initials you enter (up to a few characters) together with your score/time. This is voluntary — you are not required to submit a leaderboard entry to play the game.
• Platform ID for leaderboard integrity (where applicable). Depending on the storefront you're playing on, a platform-provided identifier (e.g., a Steam ID) may be transmitted to our leaderboard service solely to prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries. This identifier is not linked to any other personal information by us.

We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs in Zone//Zero, and we do not sell your information.

Data Retention & Security

Leaderboard entries are retained for as long as the leaderboard feature is active. We take reasonable measures to protect this data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Zone//Zero is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (for example, under the CCPA or GDPR). For leaderboard data, contact us using the details below; for account or purchase data, contact the relevant platform directly.
