Terms & Conditions — Zone//Zero

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Zone//Zero, a game published by OmniVibe, LLC ("OmniVibe," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or playing Zone//Zero, you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement, and should be read together with, our general End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use OmniVibe software generally, and the storefront agreement of whichever platform you purchased the game from (Steam Subscriber Agreement, Epic Games Store End User License Agreement, or itch.io Terms of Service).

License to Play

Subject to these Terms and our End User License Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Zone//Zero for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Leaderboards

Zone//Zero includes an optional online leaderboard where you may submit your initials alongside your score. By submitting an entry, you agree not to use offensive, impersonating, or unlawful text, and not to use cheats, exploits, or third-party tools to submit false scores. We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry and to reset or wipe the leaderboard at our discretion (for example, during a major content update or in the case of abuse).

Updates

We may release updates, patches, or content changes to Zone//Zero at any time. We are not obligated to maintain or continue supporting any particular version.

Intellectual Property

Zone//Zero, including its code, art, audio, and design, is owned by OmniVibe, LLC and its development partners, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the game to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Zone//Zero is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniVibe, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zone//Zero. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to online features (such as leaderboards) if you violate these Terms. Your license under our End User License Agreement terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zone//Zero's online features after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
